10th Anniversary of YES Corporate Finance

Last Thursday, we celebrated our 10th anniversary at our office in Rotterdam with clients, business partners, colleagues, former colleagues, friends, and family. It was a special moment to reflect on the past decade of YES Corporate Finance.

Ten years ago, we started with a small team and a clear ambition: to provide engaged and expert advice to entrepreneurs, businesses, and private equity during key strategic moments.

Today, YES Corporate Finance has grown into a corporate finance firm with two offices, in Rotterdam and Amsterdam, a strong M&A practice, an expanding Debt Advisory practice, and a broad network of clients and contacts both in the Netherlands and internationally.

In a world that is becoming increasingly global and digital, personal relationships remain essential to us. We believe that trust, commitment, and a deep understanding of the entrepreneur are what truly make the difference.

We would like to thank everyone who attended and everyone who has been part of YES Corporate Finance’s development and success over the past ten years.

Arjan Boonekamp (1970) is managing partner at YES Corporate Finance and has over 25 years of corporate finance experience, including extensive experience in selling SME companies, mergers & acquisitions and (growth) financing. Arjan is an experienced dealmaker in the Mid Market range.

Guido Emanuels is managing partner at YES Corporate Finance. Guido has more than 25 years of experience in M&A and financial advice. He has a background of 27 years within PwC and has been an independent CF consultant since 2018. As a CF adviser, Guido has led or was closely involved in more than 50 national and international transactions. He has specific sector experience in agri-food, business services, construction & construction and startups, with a clear focus on family businesses and major shareholders (DGA’s).

Vincent Hafkamp (1975) started as partner at YES Corporate Finance in September 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in M&A, business valuations and financing. Vincent was formerly active at Gilde Equity Management, ING Bank, KPMG Corporate Finance, and RiverBank. At Riverbank, Vincent was responsible for gaining foothold in The Netherlands. His broad experience allows him to advise a wide array of clients with different financial problems.

Pieter Beck is a partner at YES Corporate Finance. Pieter has over 25 years of experience in M&A and financial advice to large companies, SMEs, family businesses and private equity. He worked almost 20 years at Deloitte Corporate Finance and 5 years at KBC bank. In his career, Pieter has led more than 80 transactions, both sell-side and buy-side, domestic and cross-border. As a result, he has gained broad sector experience, in particular in wholesale, retail, e-commerce, business services, food, and leisure.

Raymond Ligtelijn

Raymond Ligtelijn joined YES Corporate Finance as Partner in September 2025. He brings 30 years of experience with corporate finance in mid-market and larger SME businesses. In his career at ABN AMRO Bank, Raymond has successfully held several key positions in relationship management, as a finance specialist and in credit risk management. In recent years he was the CFO for a fast-growing SME company alongside the director-majority shareholder. With that dual perspective and feel for business dynamics, Raymond is well positioned to help entrepreneurs and companies solve their financing challenges.

Josip Petrarca is associate partner at YES Corporate Finance and has more than 35 years of corporate finance experience in corporate lending and SME mergers & acquisitions, at ABN AMRO Bank, Rabobank and as founder/owner of the Dutch Institute for Enterprise Valuation (NIBW).
