Role of YES Corporate Finance
YES CF advised the SnelStart works council on assessing the request for advice regarding the acquisition of SnelStart by Bregal Unternehmerkapital and the associated financing structure. The work carried out by YES CF included:
- Analysis of the information about the proposed transaction
- Preparing a financial model
- Explaining the transaction and the financing structure to the works council
- Assisting the works council in formulating questions for the director
- Recording the findings in a final report
YES CF regularly advises works councils on the handling of requests for advice (WOR Art. 25.1) concerning M&A or the raising of substantial financing.
