The international corporate finance network AICA, of which YES Corporate Finance is a member, has successfully completed 195 deals in 2020. This ultimately resulted in a total deal value of $5.8b.
Over the course of this year, AICA has organized various (virtual) events. For instance, YES Corporate Finance has participated in the virtual AICA Global Meeting 2021. During this conference, members from 39 countries discussed potential acquisition prospects and growth capital projects. AICA is a closely-knit network, where members continuously interact with each other. As such, we are consistently exploring collaboration opportunities, involved in one-on-one projects, or attending presentations from guest speakers. If the Covid-19 situation allows for it, the next conference will be held in Tel Aviv, Israel, date to be determined.
