Golden Naturals

Golden Naturals is a developer and distributor of natural nutritional supplements. The brand is known for its high-quality products that focus on people’s health and well-being. The products are sold through its own webshop as well as through 700+ outlets such as Etos, Ekoplaza and DA.

Golden Naturals’ product offering includes a range of supplements including vitamins, minerals and other natural ingredients intended to address specific health conditions. The brand insists on providing products that are free from artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. Furthermore, the ingredients are carefully selected and undergo strict quality controls to ensure they meet the highest standards.

Preparation of a Financing Memorandum
Identifying and selecting the most suitable financier and negotiating the best financing terms

Vincent Hafkamp (1975) started as partner at YES Corporate Finance in September 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in M&A, business valuations and financing. Vincent was formerly active at Gilde Equity Management, ING Bank, KPMG Corporate Finance, and RiverBank. At Riverbank, Vincent was responsible for gaining foothold in The Netherlands. His broad experience allows him to advise a wide array of clients with different financial problems.

Eric Koelmans

Eric Koelmans (1994) joined YES Corporate Finance in 2019 and is currently an associate. Eric holds a Bachelor in Business Economics with a specialization in Financing and Organization and a Master of Corporate Finance from the University of Amsterdam. Eric has gained experience at YES Corporate Finance as an intern after obtaining his Bachelor degree in 2018.

Maaike Hoogerwerf

Maaike Hoogerwerf (2000) started in April 2023 as analyst at Yes Corporate Finance in Rotterdam. Maaike has obtained her Bachelor in International Business and Management at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences followed by a Master in Financial Management at Nyenrode Business University. Besides different internships in the Netherlands and Los Angeles, Maaike has five years (part-time) of experience as financial assistant at an electrotechnical wholesaler. Furthermore, she gained experience as secretary in the board of her student association.
