The Koninklijke Barenbrug Group and Simplot have reached an agreement on the terms and conditions for the sale of the Jacklin® Seed activities. The transaction, which comprises of a supply agreement between Barenbrug USA and Simplot Partners, was completed on October 2nd, 2020. All 50 employees of Jacklin® Seed currently work for Barenbrug now.
