YES Corporate Finance warmly welcomes Sebastiaan (“Sebas”) Groot and Jitse Posthumus to our team. Sebas and Jitse will both be interning for five months in Rotterdam and Amsterdam, respectively.
Sebas Groot joined YES Corporate Finance in Rotterdam in January 2025. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and distinguished himself early on in the field of entrepreneurship. In 2023, he won the prestigious RSM Entrepreneurship Challenge, showcasing his strategic insight and innovative mindset.

Jitse Posthumus started in Amsterdam in February and recently completed his Master’s in Finance & Investment in Rotterdam. Previously, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from VU Amsterdam, where he also gained international experience through an exchange program at Singapore Management University. During his studies, he gained practical experience as a Financial Consultant at Vijzelaar.com, a recruitment agency specializing in financial roles, and as a working student and Finance Analyst at Warburg Pincus, a globally renowned private equity investor.

At YES CF, both Sebas and Jitse will contribute to various ongoing projects, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as financing assignments ranging from bank financing to private equity and everything in between.
