Vincent Hafkamp (1975) started as partner at YES Corporate Finance in September 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in M&A, business valuations and financing. Vincent was formerly active at Gilde Equity Management, ING Bank, KPMG Corporate Finance, and RiverBank. At Riverbank, Vincent was responsible for gaining foothold in The Netherlands. His broad experience allows him to advise a wide array of clients with different financial problems.

Eric Koelmans

Eric Koelmans (1994) joined YES Corporate Finance in 2019 and is currently an associate director. Eric holds a Bachelor in Business Economics with a specialization in Financing and Organization and a Master of Corporate Finance from the University of Amsterdam. Eric has gained experience at YES Corporate Finance as an intern after obtaining his Bachelor degree in 2018.

Maaike Hoogerwerf

Maaike Hoogerwerf (2000) started her position as an analyst at YES Corporate Finance in Rotterdam in April 2023. She completed her Bachelor’s in International Business and Management, followed by a Master’s in Financial Management at Nyenrode Business University. In addition to various internships in both the Netherlands and Los Angeles, Maaike worked for five years as a financial assistant at an electrical wholesale company alongside her studies.
