Vincent Hafkamp

Vincent Hafkamp (1975) started as partner at YES Corporate Finance in September 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in M&A, business valuations and financing. Vincent was formerly active at Gilde Equity Management, ING Bank, KPMG Corporate Finance, and RiverBank. At Riverbank, Vincent was responsible for gaining foothold in The Netherlands. His broad experience allows him to advise a wide array of clients with different financial problems.

Analyst

Maaike Hoogerwerf

Maaike Hoogerwerf (2000) started her position as an analyst at YES Corporate Finance in Rotterdam in April 2023. She completed her Bachelor’s in International Business and Management, followed by a Master’s in Financial Management at Nyenrode Business University. In addition to various internships in both the Netherlands and Los Angeles, Maaike worked for five years as a financial assistant at an electrical wholesale company alongside her studies.

Vera Visser

Vera Visser (2000) joined YES Corporate Finance in 2024 as an analyst. She holds a BSc. in International Business Administration and a MSc. in Finance and Investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam. During her bachelor’s studies, she gained international experience through an exchange programme at Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden. Vera has gained experience at YES Corporate Finance as an intern in 2023

Junior Analyst

Sebastiaan Groot

Sebastiaan Groot (2003) joined YES Corporate Finance as a Junior Analyst in January 2025. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam. His entrepreneurial mindset became evident early on when he won the prestigious RSM Entrepreneurship Challenge in 2023.
