Sony Interactive Entertainment acquires Nixxes

YES Corporate Finance (“YES CF”) has successfully advised the founder (Jurjen Katsman) of Nixxes Software B.V. (“Nixxes”) with the 100% sale of his shares to Sony Interactive Entertainment (“SIE”). Nixxes will join PlayStation Studios Technology, Creative & Services Group to provide high quality in-house technical and development capabilities for PlayStation Studios.
