As a member of AICA (our international Corporate Finance network), YES Corporate Finance participated in the multi-day AICA Global Meeting 2023 in Dublin.
During the meeting, 80+ dealmakers from M&A firms from 40 countries discussed potential acquisition and growth capital projects. Furthermore, there was time for improving mutual cooperation, lectures by companies and investors with an active acquisition strategy and one-on-one discussions between the members.
Notable news highlights:
- YES Corporate Finance, together with Capnua Corporate Finance (Ireland), won the “AICA’s Best Collaborated Deal of 2022” award. The successful advice of Uniphar by YES CF and Capnua on their acquisition of BModesto was achieved through intensive cooperation within the AICA network and ultimately led to this great result. - Arjan Boonekamp has won 2nd place as “Most Valuable Player” within the network
- Chinook Capital Advisors, located near Seattle (USA), has become a member of AICA. For more information, see their website and LinkedIn. Chinook focuses primarily on sales transactions, restructuring and management buyouts in, among others, the business services, technology and healthcare sectors
