The company operates a large European sourcing network in multiple countries, ensuring sufficient influx of skilled and qualified professionals. Upforce employs over 1,500 workers on a daily basis, primarily in key sectors experiencing structural scarcity, such as engineering & construction, logistics & e-commerce and food production.

Vincent Hafkamp (1975) started as partner at YES Corporate Finance in September 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in M&A, business valuations and financing. Vincent was formerly active at Gilde Equity Management, ING Bank, KPMG Corporate Finance, and RiverBank. At Riverbank, Vincent was responsible for gaining foothold in The Netherlands. His broad experience allows him to advise a wide array of clients with different financial problems.
