YES Corporate Finance warmly welcomes Vera Visser and Alexander Diels to our team. Vera returns to our Rotterdam office in the role of Analyst after an internship and working student position in 2023. Alexander will be doing a five-month internship at our Amsterdam office.
Vera’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance & Investments, both cum laude, from Erasmus University Rotterdam. During her bachelor’s studies, she gained international experience through an exchange program with the Stockholm School of Economics. Vera will support the team with various ongoing projects, including buy and sell-side transactions and financing projects.

Alexander recently completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam and will start his Master’s in Finance & Investments after his internship. During his bachelor’s studies, he gained work experience as an M&A Intern at Yuno Advisors and previously worked as an Audit Working Student at BDO.
During his internship, Alexander will support the YES CF team with ongoing projects, such as buy and sell-side transactions, as well as financing projects. Additionally, he will be involved in analyzing one of our focus sectors.
