AICA, the Alliance of International Corporate Advisors, is our international network of independent corporate finance advisors and M&A specialists. Furthermore, the network facilitates knowledge sharing, international collaboration, and support for cross-border transactions.
During the conference, international dealmakers gathered to discuss market developments, opportunities, and challenges within the M&A market. The conference offered a valuable combination of substantive sessions, knowledge exchange, and personal meetings with other AICA members. Topics such as geopolitical developments, technological changes, and their impact on dealmaking were central to the discussions.
