YES Corporate Finance marks its 5th anniversary … and opens a second office in Rotterdam, Blaak 34.
Dear valued acquaintance,
In April 2016, we founded YES Corporate Finance. Our mission with this endeavour was to support entrepreneurs in realizing their dreams of building or selling their company. Whether that be to advise on an acquisition, sale, valuation or (growth) financing for medium-sized transactions with a value up to 75 million euros. Over the past 5 years, we have built an exceptional team, completed fantastic transactions, and taken a lot of pleasure in doing so.
Since our establishment, we have achieved a series of important milestones. For instance, we became a member of the AICA (Alliance of International Corporate Advisory) network, consisting of 40 international M&A firms. We have expanded our group of partners. Moreover, we entered into an exclusive partnership with ABN AMRO Bank for Corporate Finance transactions up to a value of 25 million euros.
Following the unusual corona times in 2020, we are ready for the next significant step:
YES Corporate Finance is opening a second office in “The Blaak House” in Rotterdam. In doing so, we achieve greater coverage and reach with respect to our customers and talent.
